You have the right to return goods to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Returns made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Please fill in all fields correctly so that there are no misunderstandings, we will cover the return shipping costs (Germany and Austria) for you!
You will then receive a dispatch label in step 2.
Please print out this shipping label and stick it on your box.
Note: Please do not forget to enclose the return label with the parcel, which you received with the invoice and delivery note.
The DHL returns service does not apply to international orders, in which case the customer must pay for shipping.
